Playlist: Sunshine Vibes Vol. 4

So this week is the week we've all been waiting for. We've been working super hard for AFROPUNKFEST,  making sure that our in person debut for all of you all is nothing but magic !! It is time for the fruits of our labor to bloom... so that pretty much means that we're about to get LIT!  

I curated this playlist with the help of the mob, to get everyone in the mood to party. I have a few tracks from last year's lineup members, such as Goldlink and Kelela (who by the way- I'm super excited to see again! She snatched me bald doing her vocal gymnastics on the red stage last year.) And for my ladies, I included Tory Lanez and Champagne Papi of course. 

My favorite cut however is from Nitty Scott, Joell Ortiz and Bodega Bamz, “Singin' My Song” on a project produced by Salaam Remi. If you're a big music head then you'll understand why I was hype for that one. It's a major transition, especially for Bodega Bamz. I've been a fan of his work since “Strictly 4 My P.A.P.I.Z.” dropped back in 2013. So to see the growth overall is amazing, so shout out to TANBOYS. “Singin' My Song” sounds like a classic NYC summer staple with a get lite beat; there's no way I couldn't include it.

21 Savage and Future are also necessary staples for the turn up, so ladies leave ya' mans and them at home, it's time to get jumpin'. Set this playlist as the soundtrack for the glo up & come out with ya' skin glowing, ready to have a good time this weekend. I'm so excited to see and meet all of you.
