My name is Aliyah Monet and I'm an artists out of Brooklyn NY.

What are some of your career goals?

I want to write, direct and act. I want to make a series of horror films with an all brown cast. Philanthropy is important to me too, def want to be able to make a difference in my community.

When did you start modeling?

I started modeling last year as an immediate outlet for creativity. I love acting but it's a much longer process, so modeling helped me get out my visions quicker.

What advice would you give to your 14 year old self?

Believe in yourself. I spent so much time doubting myself that I wasn't motivated. All I needed was faith. Also, stay away from boys!! lol I didn't start dating until High School but guys can be a huge distraction!
